Kalan Gün, önemli günlerine kaç gün kaldığını gösteren bir iPhone uygulamasıdır (Apple Watch uygulaması ve widget'larıyla birlikte). Hesap açmanı istemez, reklam göstermez ve seni takip etmez. Bu sayfa, uygulamanın hangi bilgileri nerede tuttuğunu, hangilerinin cihazından çıkabileceğini ve haklarını anlatır.

Cihazında kalan bilgiler
Eklediğin hedefler (ad, tarih, renk, tekrar ve hatırlatıcı tercihleri), kopardığın yaprakların geçmişi (hangi gün hangi hedefin yaprağını kopardığın ve yaprakta görünen sayı), tema ve görünüm seçimin, bildirim ayarların ve uygulamanın küçük ayar kayıtları telefonunda, uygulamanın ve widget'larının ortak kullandığı alanda saklanır. Bu bilgiler bize ya da başka birine gönderilmez; bizim bir sunucumuz yoktur. Uygulamayı sildiğinde telefondaki kopyaları silinir. Uygulamadan istediğin hedefi tek tek silebilirsin.
Hedef fotoğrafları
Destek paketiyle bir hedefe fotoğraf ekleyebilirsin. Fotoğrafı, iOS'un fotoğraf seçicisiyle (PhotosPicker) kendin seçersin; Kalan Gün fotoğraf kitaplığına erişim izni istemez ve yalnızca seçtiğin fotoğrafı görür. Fotoğraf küçültülerek telefonunda, uygulamayla widget'ların ortak alanında saklanır; bize ya da başka birine gönderilmez, iCloud yedeğine girmez ve telefon yedeklerine dahil edilmez. Hedefi sildiğinde ya da fotoğrafı kaldırdığında silinir. Fotoğraflı bir paylaşım kartı yaparsan o görsel yalnızca senin seçtiğin paylaşım hedefine gider.
Apple Watch
Eşleşmiş bir Apple Watch'un varsa uygulama, hedeflerinin kısa bir özetini (ad, tarih, renk, tekrar, birim ve oluşturulma günü) Apple'ın WatchConnectivity sistemiyle doğrudan telefonundan saatine gönderir. Aktarım iki cihazın arasında olur; bir sunucudan geçmez. Saatteki kopya saatin kendi depolama alanında, saat uygulamasıyla komplikasyonların ortak kullandığı alanda durur ve uygulamayı saatten sildiğinde silinir.
iCloud yedeği
Telefonunda iCloud açıksa hedeflerin (tamamlananlar ve kopan yaprakların geçmişi dahil) ve ayarların, Apple'ın iCloud anahtar-değer deposu aracılığıyla kendi özel iCloud alanına yedeklenir. Böylece yeni bir telefona geçtiğinde ya da uygulamayı yeniden yüklediğinde kendiliğinden geri gelir. Yedek Apple tarafından, Apple hesabına bağlı olarak saklanır; biz göremeyiz ve erişemeyiz. Hesap açman gerekmez. Yedek uygulamayı sildiğinde silinmez; silmek için iPhone Ayarları › Apple Hesabı › iCloud › Hesap Depolamasını Yönet bölümünden Kalan Gün'ün iCloud verisini kaldırabilir ya da iCloud'u bu uygulama için kapatabilirsin.
Paylaşım: kartlar ve hedef bağlantıları
Paylaşım kartı (kopan yaprak, ay sonu kartı, hedef kartı) telefonunda bir görsel olarak üretilir; kartta yalnızca senin seçtiğin hedefin adı ve sayısı görünür. Görsel, iOS'un paylaşım menüsüyle senin seçtiğin uygulamaya ya da kişiye gider; bundan sonrası o uygulamanın kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir. "Fotoğraflar'a kaydet"i seçersen görsel yalnızca fotoğraf arşivine eklenir; Kalan Gün fotoğraflarını okuyamaz ve bunun için yalnızca "ekleme" izni ister, bu izin ancak kaydet'e dokunduğunda sorulur.
"Hedefi paylaş"ı seçersen uygulama kalangun.com/h#… biçiminde bir bağlantı üretir. Hedefin adı, tarihi, rengi ve tekrar kuralı bağlantının # işaretinden sonraki kısmında (parça) taşınır. Tarayıcılar bu kısmı sunucuya göndermez; bu nedenle kalangun.com sunucusu hedefin içeriğini almaz ve kaydetmez. Bağlantıyı açan kişinin tarayıcısı o kısmı yalnızca cihazında okur ve hedefi gösterir; uygulama yüklüyse bağlantı uygulamayı açar ve hedefi eklemeyi sana sorar, kendiliğinden eklemez. Bağlantıyı kime ve hangi uygulama üzerinden gönderdiğini sen seçersin; bağlantıyı alan herkes içindeki hedefi görebilir.
Bildirimler
Hatırlatmalar, ay başı kartı ve isteğe bağlı günlük yaprak hatırlatıcısı telefonunda, iOS'un yerel bildirim sistemiyle planlanır. Bildirim göndermek için bir sunucu kullanılmaz ve bildirimler reklam ya da pazarlama için kullanılmaz. İzin, uygulamayı kullanırken bağlamıyla birlikte sorulur ve istediğin zaman Ayarlar uygulamasından kapatılabilir.
Sınav sabahı alarmı ve Canlı Etkinlikler
İstersen bir sınav hedefi için sınav sabahı alarmı kurarsın (iOS 26 ve sonrası; Apple'ın AlarmKit sistemi, bunun için iOS bir alarm izni sorar). "Son saatler" Canlı Etkinliği de hedefin son saatlerinde Dynamic Island'da, kilit ekranında, StandBy'da ve Apple Watch Smart Stack'te sayacı gösterir. İkisi de yalnızca telefonunda, yerel olarak kurulur ve çalışır; bir sunucu ya da anlık bildirim servisi kullanılmaz, hiçbir bilgi bize ya da başkasına gönderilmez. Alarm saatin ve hangi hedefler için açık olduğu telefonunda saklanır. İstediğin zaman hedefin ayrıntısından kapatabilirsin.
Satın almalar
İsteğe bağlı Kalan Gün Destek paketinin ve bahşişlerin satın alımları tamamen Apple tarafından, Apple hesabın üzerinden yürütülür. Ödeme bilgilerini görmeyiz. Uygulama yalnızca telefonunda, StoreKit aracılığıyla Destek paketinin etkin olup olmadığını öğrenir.
İnternet bağlantısı ve arka planda yenileme
Uygulama, bayram ve sınav tarihlerini güncel tutmak için kalangun.com/templates.json adresindeki herkese açık dosyayı hem uygulamayı açtığında hem de iOS'un izin verdiği zamanlarda arka planda (uygulama kapalıyken) zaman zaman indirir. Bu istekte senin hakkında bir bilgi ya da hedeflerin gönderilmez. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi IP adresin ve cihaz türü gibi teknik bilgiler sitenin barındırma hizmetine (Güzel Hosting; sunucular Türkiye'de) ulaşır; bu kayıtlar yalnızca hizmetin güvenliği ve işleyişi için, barındırma sağlayıcısının kendi gizlilik politikasında belirtilen süre boyunca tutulur. Biz bu kayıtları seni tanımak için kullanmayız ve başkasıyla paylaşmayız. Arka planda yenilemeyi iPhone Ayarları › Genel › Uygulamaları Arka Planda Yenile bölümünden kapatabilirsin.
Çerezler ve web sitesi
kalangun.com çerez kullanmaz, izleme ya da analitik aracı içermez, üçüncü taraf betik, yazı tipi ya da görsel yüklemez. Paylaşılan hedef sayfası (/h) bağlantıdaki bilgiyi yalnızca senin tarayıcında işler.
Analitik, reklam ve üçüncü taraflar
Uygulamada reklam, reklam kimliği (IDFA), takip ya da üçüncü taraf analitik aracı yoktur. Kullanım istatistiği toplanmaz. Verilerin hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz; yalnızca senin açtığın iCloud (Apple) ve senin seçtiğin paylaşım hedefleri vardır.
Amaç, hukuki sebep ve saklama
Hedeflerin ve ayarların, uygulamanın istediğin işlevleri (geri sayım, widget, saat, yedek, paylaşım) sağlaması için işlenir; bu işleme sözleşmenin ifası için gereklidir (KVKK m.5/2-c; GDPR m.6(1)(b)). Veriler kural olarak yalnızca senin cihazında ve kendi iCloud'unda bulunduğundan veri sorumlusu olarak bizim saklayabildiğimiz bir kopya yoktur; sen sildiğinde silinir. Destek e-postaları cevaplandıktan sonra silinir. Veriler otomatik yollarla, yalnızca senin cihazında oluşur.
Yurt dışına aktarım
Kalan Gün kişisel verilerini kendisi yurt dışına aktarmaz. iCloud yedeğini sen açarsan veri, senin Apple hesabın üzerinden Apple'ın sunucularına (Türkiye dışında olabilir) gider; bu aktarımı Apple ile aranızdaki iCloud sözleşmesi kapsar ve istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin. kalangun.com'u ya da tarih dosyasını açtığında teknik bağlantı kayıtları (IP adresi gibi) sitenin Türkiye'deki barındırma sunucularına ulaşır. destek@kalangun.com adresine yazdığın e-postalar ise Cloudflare ve Google üzerinden iletildiği ve saklandığı için Türkiye dışındaki sunuculara gidebilir.
Bize yazarsan
destek@kalangun.com adresine e-posta gönderirsen, mesajın Cloudflare'ın e-posta yönlendirme hizmeti (Cloudflare, Inc., ABD) üzerinden geliştiricinin Gmail (Google) kutusuna iletilir; cevaplar Gmail'den, sitenin barındırma sağlayıcısının (Güzel Hosting) e-posta sunucusu üzerinden gönderilir. E-posta adresini ve mesajını yalnızca sana cevap vermek için kullanırız; işimiz bittiğinde sileriz.
Çocuklar
Uygulama hiçbir yaş grubundan kişisel veri toplamaz.
Hakların (KVKK m.11) ve başvuru
6698 sayılı Kanun'un 11. maddesi uyarınca verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi isteme, amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı kişileri bilme, düzeltme, silme ya da yok edilmesini isteme ve zarara uğramışsan tazmin talep etme haklarına sahipsin. Başvurunu yazılı olarak yukarıdaki adrese ya da destek@kalangun.com adresine iletebilirsin; talebin niteliğine göre en geç otuz gün içinde, ücretsiz olarak cevaplarız (KVKK m.13). Uygulama senin hakkında bizim erişebildiğimiz bir veri tutmadığı için çoğu durumda paylaşılacak ya da silinecek bir kayıt bulunmaz. Cevabı yetersiz bulursan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet hakkın saklıdır (kvkk.gov.tr).
Değişiklikler
Uygulama yeni bir veri işlemeye başlarsa bu sayfa önceden güncellenir ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir.

Kalan Gün is an iPhone app (with an Apple Watch app and widgets) that shows how many days are left until the days that matter to you. It requires no account, shows no ads and does not track you. This page explains what the app keeps and where, what can leave your device, and your rights.
Data controller

Data that stays on your device
Your goals (title, date, colour, repeat and reminder preferences), the history of leaves you tore off (which day you tore which goal's leaf and the number on it), your theme and appearance, notification settings and the app's small preference records are stored on your iPhone, in the storage shared by the app and its widgets. They are never sent to us or anyone else; we run no server of our own. The copies on your phone are deleted when you delete the app. You can delete individual goals inside the app.
Apple Watch
If you have a paired Apple Watch, the app sends a short summary of your goals (title, date, colour, repeat, unit and creation day) straight from your iPhone to your watch through Apple's WatchConnectivity. The transfer happens between your two devices and does not pass through a server. The copy on the watch stays in the watch's own storage, shared by the watch app and its complications, and is deleted when you remove the app from the watch.
Goal photos
With the Destek pack you can add a photo to a goal. You choose it yourself with iOS's photo picker (PhotosPicker); Kalan Gün does not ask for access to your photo library and only sees the photo you pick. The photo is downscaled and stored on your phone, in the area the app and its widgets share. It is never sent to us or anyone else, is not part of the iCloud backup and is excluded from device backups. It is deleted when you delete the goal or remove the photo. If you make a share card with the photo, that image goes only where you choose to share it.
iCloud backup
If iCloud is on, your goals (including completed ones and the history of torn leaves) and settings are backed up to your own private iCloud storage through Apple's iCloud key-value store, so they come back by themselves on a new phone or after reinstalling the app. The backup is kept by Apple under your Apple Account; we cannot see or access it, and no account with us is needed. Deleting the app does not delete the backup; to remove it, delete Kalan Gün's iCloud data in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, or turn iCloud off for the app.
Sharing: cards and goal links
A share card (torn leaf, month-end card, goal card) is rendered as an image on your phone and shows only the goal title and number you chose. The image goes through the iOS share sheet to the app or person you pick; from there that app's own privacy terms apply. If you choose "Save to Photos", the image is only added to your photo library; Kalan Gün cannot read your photos and asks only for "add" permission, and only when you tap save.
If you choose "Share goal", the app creates a link of the form kalangun.com/h#…. The goal's title, date, colour and repeat rule are carried in the part of the link after the # (the fragment). Browsers do not send the fragment to the server, so the kalangun.com server never receives or stores the goal. The browser of the person who opens the link reads that part on their own device only and shows the goal; if the app is installed the link opens it and asks whether to add the goal, it never adds it by itself. You choose who receives the link and through which app; anyone who gets the link can see the goal inside it.
Notifications
Reminders, the month card and the optional daily tear-off reminder are scheduled on your device with iOS local notifications. No server is involved and notifications are not used for advertising or marketing. Permission is asked in context while you use the app and can be turned off at any time in the Settings app.
Exam-morning alarm and Live Activities
If you wish, you can set an exam-morning alarm for an exam goal (iOS 26 and later; Apple's AlarmKit, for which iOS asks for an alarm permission). The "Son saatler" (final hours) Live Activity shows the counter in the Dynamic Island, on the Lock Screen, in StandBy and in the Apple Watch Smart Stack during a goal's last hours. Both are scheduled and run locally on your iPhone only; no server or push-notification service is involved and nothing is sent to us or anyone else. The alarm time and the goals it is on for are stored on your phone. You can turn them off at any time in the goal's details.
Purchases
Purchases of the optional Kalan Gün Destek pack and tips are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details; the app only checks on your device, through StoreKit, whether the Destek pack is active.
Network access and background refresh
To keep holiday and exam dates current, the app downloads the public file kalangun.com/templates.json occasionally, both when you open the app and, when iOS allows it, in the background while the app is closed. No information about you or your goals is sent. As with any web request, technical data such as your IP address and device type reach the site's hosting provider (Güzel Hosting; servers in Türkiye); these logs are kept only for security and operation, for the period stated in the hosting provider's own privacy policy. We don't use them to identify you and don't share them. You can turn background refresh off in iPhone Settings › General › Background App Refresh.
Cookies and the website
kalangun.com sets no cookies, contains no tracking or analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images. The shared-goal page (/h) processes the information in the link only in your own browser.
Analytics, ads and third parties
The app contains no advertising, no advertising identifier (IDFA), no tracking and no third-party analytics. No usage statistics are collected. Your data is shared with no third party; the only recipients are your own iCloud (Apple) and the share targets you choose.
Purpose, legal basis and retention
Your goals and settings are processed so the app can provide the functions you asked for (countdown, widgets, watch, backup, sharing); this is necessary for performing our agreement with you (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Because the data lives only on your device and in your own iCloud, there is no copy that we as controller can keep; it is deleted when you delete it. Support emails are deleted after we have replied. Data is generated by automated means, on your device only.
Transfers abroad
Kalan Gün does not transfer your personal data abroad itself. If you turn on iCloud backup, the data goes through your Apple Account to Apple's servers (which may be outside Türkiye); that transfer is covered by your iCloud agreement with Apple and you can turn it off at any time. When you open kalangun.com or the app downloads the dates file, technical connection logs (such as your IP address) reach the site's hosting servers in Türkiye. Emails you send to destek@kalangun.com may reach servers outside Türkiye, because they are forwarded and stored through Cloudflare and Google.
Contacting us
If you email destek@kalangun.com, your message is forwarded through Cloudflare's email routing service (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) to the developer's Gmail (Google) inbox; replies are sent from Gmail through the mail server of the site's hosting provider (Güzel Hosting). We use your address and message only to reply and delete them afterwards.
Children
The app collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and, for people in the EU/EEA, the GDPR (Articles 15 to 22), you may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, and request portability of data we hold; you may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr) or your local EU supervisory authority. Send requests in writing to the address above or to destek@kalangun.com; we answer within thirty days (KVKK Art. 13) and free of charge. Because the app keeps no data we can access, there is usually nothing to disclose or delete beyond email correspondence; your goals can be exported or removed by you on your own device and in your own iCloud.
Changes
If the app ever starts processing new data, this page will be updated beforehand and the date above will change.
